SHIPPING RATES
As part of our commitment to providing an affordable product shipping for all orders above $150 is absolutely free!
For all other orders we charge a flat shipping rate of $14.95 (AUD) per order.
*Note that free and flat rate shipping does not apply to large furniture items.
DELIVERY
Homewares and décor items will be shipped within 1-4 business days.
All wall art prints, which are made to order, will be shipped within 4-10 business days.
If an order is lost or damaged in transit we guarantee a replacement.
As per our terms and conditions of business, from time to time shipping delays may and can occur, due to reasons beyond our control. If shipping is delayed will we do everything possible to ensure a speedy delivery. Final Touch Décor are not liable for any missed deadlines or lost business due to shipping delays.
RETURNS POLICY
Change of mind returns
We want you to love the products you buy from Final Touch Décor. If you change your mind, you may return the product to us within 20 days of the date you received it and we will issue you with a store credit. Note, change of mind returns are different to returning a product damaged or faulty.
You will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs for a change of mind return (including any taxes or duties), irrespective of any free or discounted shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.
You must advise Final Touch Décor via email of your intent to return prior to returning.
Products returned for change of mind reasons must be received back to Final Touch Décor in 'as-new' condition, packaged securely in the original packaging and undamaged. This means you have not used, assembled or damaged the product.
The following products cannot be returned due to a change of mind:
- All Wall Art Prints which are made to order.
- All forms of clearance items (i.e. any items labelled "clearance" on the site)
Within 5 business days of receiving your return, and subject to confirming it is in 'as-new' condition, we will issue you with a store credit voucher via email in an amount equal to the price you paid for the product, less the cost to ship the product to you.
Store credit voucher codes will be valid for one (1) year from the date of issue.
We will not accept returns delivered in person to our depots, offices or warehouse facilities.

Wrong product delivered
Very occasionally we may accidentally ship the wrong product to you. If you have received an incorrect product, let us know as soon as you can, ideally within 3 days of receiving your delivery. We will offer to send you the correct product and provide return shipping labels.
Faults and damages
If a product arrives and is damaged please take photos illustrating the problem and contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 3 days of receiving your delivery. For all art prints please take photos of damage and also a photo of the entire print.
Exchange
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges of our products. Simply return your items in accordance with our Returns Policy and place a new order.
